The Western Reserve Chapter is based in Eastern Ohio and holds a range of fun, free and family-friendly events and activities throughout the year. Whether you swing by chapter meeting or spend time on the water fishing with us, all are welcome!
2026 WRTU/ODNR Education Classes
Our first fly fishing education class is Wednesday, October 7th.
The second class is Wednesday, October 14th.
On-Stream Education is Saturday, October 17th.

Our rivers and our fisheries face enormous challenges. At Trout Unlimited, we are doing something about it.
Working together as volunteers and with TU staff and partners in our Priority Waters, we advocate for our rivers, restore our stream habitat, plant native trees, help connect kids to the outdoors and so much more.
We are a community of optimists who have a ton of fun along the way. Whether you are passionate about wild and native fish, inspired by the wonder of our rivers, or dedicated to clean water, we invite you to be a part of our mission.
